Which store did you go to, Highgate or Holden Hill? ( I want to see someone knitting in a store ) lol The yarnbarn at firle is a nice store too......... they actually have couches to sit on in there. And yes the sock yarn situation here absolutely sucks. At present I gave up and am using Cleckheaton merino bambino (4ply) because it comes in a nice pink.
