I have been wanting to make these but have been putting it off. I love the addition of the straps, they look so cute.

Hello,
I am knitting these shoes from the same book, Baby Knits for Beginners. Although I am having many difficult to make the cast on by cable method. Do you have any tip on this?
I am considering to cast one as normal!
